Description
In the 2014 Reformation, the Capital City of the Galactic Republic of Tretris, better known as the Tretstonian Republic, or Galactic Republic, went into a massive rehaul to fit a more understandable. The rehaul changed it to fit the 2014 Reformation.Terrain:
Tretris Oakutarui's landscape is a varied world, with 5 prominent continents and 2 smaller landmasses. Its divided with 3 main oceans, The Oakutaruian, The Emerald and Instu Ocean. The prior to the Capital City's reformation, the planet was dotted with scattered cities across it's picturesque landscape. From it's tall mountains to serene valleys, the planet seems to be home to many different biomes. Though following after the Reformation, most (almost 75%) of the continents of Tretris were terraformed for the Capital City following 2304. This terraforming of the terrain drastically changed the many natural biomes of the planet and relocated most of it's wildlife that was adapted to the planet to her moons of Meridum and Rembrand.
Climate:
Prior to the Reformation of 2304. The Climate of Tretris Oakutarui was a mixed variety of Taiga/Temperate Climate. Being on the edge of it's habitable zone. The taiga/temperate climate was suitable for most of the life on Tretris Oakutarui. Including the Tretstonian Whales, and Bogwings, including the Tarys Cat, and Loosopo Snake. However following after the Reformation, much of the climate changed and adapted, while it's still taiga/temperate, it does have prolong storms that last longer than normal storms. It's worst recorded storm lasted for 21 days as it flooded parts of the Bastu Section of the Capital City.
Sector One- The Central City, the center of business of the Capital and is home to Towers Plaza, It's Circular design makes it's very visible from space, with a giant green Y in the middle which is Towers Plaza. It's home to alot of corporate and financial centers that fuel the Republic's economy and business. It's also home to one of the deepest Undercities thats outside Isle Bastu. It's also to North-Talos Tower, the tallest tower outside the Shipyard Towers that make up the Velvettronian Continent. It holds roughly 39% of the Capital's populace outside of Sector Five's 25% Percent
Sector Two - The Old City where the founding blocks of the Capital started, Here most of the Sector is a traditional old 1950's style homes and houses, Like the rest of the Capital during the reformation, most of Sector Two was reformed but thanks to many protests during the reformation, the old style of the old Republic was preserved ontop of the many Mega Towers that make up Sector One and Two. Sector Two is located just south of Sector One, it borders mainly around the Lingermend Bay, with the historic Lingermend Bridge as it's Seal.
Sector Three - One the Corporate Sectors, and the last that are on Isle Corona. Bordering Sector Two and One to the east of the massive circular design, Sector Three mainly comprises businesses that were for the smaller companies, and holds several academies outside the military. It borders the Corona Galactic Forest which is seperated by a massive durasteel/duracrete wall. It's also home to many tourism and most of the Capital's Transportation Hubs.
Sector Four - One of the Bastu Sectors, it's located on the Far Eastern side of the Bastuian Continent, it's mainly comprised of Residential Towers and UnderCities, it's also the transport hub when approaching from Isle Corona. Following after the Corona Reformation Project, most of the Sectors Four, Five, Six and Seven are decorated with foliage and parks. It contains 14% of the Capital's populace
Sector Five - One of the Bastu Sectors, it's located in the center of Isle Bastu, it's mainly comprised of towering Residential Towers, and is home to some of the tallest outside the North-Talos Tower and the Shipyard Towers of Velvettrone. It's also home to the deepest UnderCity which goes roughly 120 Levels (729 Floors below 500ft). It comprised roughly 25% of the Capital's populace.
Sector Six - One of the Bastu Sectors, it's located to the southern edge of the Bastu Continent, with the majestic Grandesia Range that border it. It's mainly residential, comprised of low level residential towers and a very small UnderCity thats roughly 25 levels below the ground. It contains roughly 14% of the Capital's populace
Sector Seven - One of the Bastu Sectors, It's the smallest of the Residential, it contains roughly 7% of the Populace, comprised of roughly low level Residential Towers, it borders the massive Oakutaruian Ocean, and is the connecting hub of the Trans-Oakutaruian Mega Bridge.
Sector Eight - One of the Velvettronian Sectors, Sector Eight is the most heavily industrialized sector in the entire Capital. Located in the center of Isle Velvettrone, Sector Eight holds the original Velvettrone City, It's home to several of the Republic's Shipyard Towers, being the most industrialized, the Republic placed strict environmental codes to the major foundries on the sector. It also supports roughly 60% of the Republic's munitions, armor and ships due to holding most of the foundries, and shipyards.
Sector Nine - One of the Velvettronian Sectors, Sector Nine borders Sector Eight to the South, but is above Sector Eleven, It's one of the two sectors that provide power to the entire Capital, The Ithorium-Plants that make up the Capital's power is treated far underground in the Sector's undercity. It's home to several of the Shipyard Towers aswell, but only yields roughly 10% of the Munitions, armor and ships.
Sector Ten - One of the Velvettronian Sectors, Sector Ten borders Sector Eight to the North, and is holds one of the older factories since the Trading Era. Despite that its old, It yields roughly 20% of the Industry of the Capital.
Sector Eleven - One of smaller Velvettronian Sectors, It borders Sector Nine to the north, but touches the Oakutaruian Ocean, It's lesser industrialized sector mostly food factories. It's home to small towns aswell, which makes up .5% of the capital's populace.
Sector Twelve - One of the Smaller Velvettronian Sectors, it only borders Sector Eleven to the East, it's mainly comprised of small factories that make up the last 5% of the industry, it's also home to .5% of the Capital's populace due to some small towns scattered on it's surface.

Aaaiiii, maps maps maps! These maps you posted were super awesome Adrian, and I think that out of the three this one jumped out at me the most-- not only because it's the glorious "capitol world", but because the maps colors make it pop.
Tretris Oakutarui is a really fascinating planet, I love how each city-state here serves their own purpose. As a terraformed world, this makes sense! I could see the cities as having gone up whenever the need arose-- Bastu Sector 6 for housing needs, Sector 9 for power, and so on. I love your style of marking terraformed areas using that cool grid overlay, if that makes any sense. It's very unique and has a great look!
That Megabridge sounds pretty damn awesome. What does this baby look like? I'm imagining a 20-something lane highway spanning the entire ocean, with lots of overpasses to take over in case of accidents. Imagine having to construct that baby, hhhooooly crap.
How big is this planet? You can help give us a better sense of size by using a scale, which Nat Geo has an excellent "tutorial" for. With the Towers Plaza (a city distinct, I'm guessing!) taking up a chunk of a whole sector, this must be an awfully small world. One other important part is missing: the equator!
Your maps are getting so good, I really like your detailing of the rivers and the naturalness of the continents. We can see how the continents spread across the globe, which is one thing a lot of designers forget. Very very nice work there. Love it, love it!

Tretris Oakutarui was, and is the first planet ever designed and it came up through alot of progress since it was first created back in 2003 (Despite the Chronicles originated in 2001, the name of the planet didn't came to be till 2003), since then, the entire planet changed like back then if I can find the link (since not being a CORE member is heavily restricting xD; c-maxisgr.deviantart.com/art/T… ) The complete difference is obvious. I tried to make it balanced.
Unlike before, having everything cramped inside Isle Corona like it was originally intended to be was abit, "Non-realistic" so when the 2014 Reformation came, I decided to make it more, "realistic" a population of 6.4 quadrillion people on a planet thats 25x the size of Jupiter and still be terrestrial had to be abit explained and that explanation is shown on the Wikia Page of the Planet. Each Sector does serve purpose, and are divided into 3 categories you can expect.
Sectors 1-3 represent Corporate of variety from the Financial to Tourism and Commerce. Sectors 4-7 represent Residentials, while 8-12 represent the entire Industrial that provides the support for the Capital. The one thing that also makes unique unlike before, the planet had to be "balanced" instead of an ecumenopolis like what we see in Star Wars, it was balanced with the few continents/islands to counter the pollution, it was mentioned like I said in the Wikia.
The Megabridge was another idea created, think of the Gibraltar Straight Bridge (See Wikipedia for that image) with nearly a hologram bridge for hover cars to follow (more ecological safe instead of asphalt), constructed along with the Capital Reformation of 2304 it helped ease the skylanes before established routes happened.
As mentioned, Tretris Oakutarui is a massive Terrestrial planet thats roughly 25x the size of Jupiter due to the collision of both another planet and it's edge close to the asteroid belt, it combined massive amounts of that rock to the planet thus increase it's size to what it is now. It's thick atmosphere and massive magnetosphere helps it alot. Towers Plaza, treat it like a jupiter size Central Park in the center of Sector One, and is the only Sector that is considered "An independent location" much like how District of Columbia is its own district/state here in America, Towers Plaza represents the 3 branches of the Republic with its own populace and police force.
The Equator alone was forgotten because I didn't want to add too much labeling especially with the layers, didn't want to make it too obvious, so I kept it out to help the map balance out.
Thanks, like I said, I tried to make the Balance of Nature and City with Tretris Oakutarui because I didn't want it entirely city. The Continents were spreaded out but I rather not spoil more hehehe~

Oh gosh, I can't believe it's already been two years since you posted that! Time has whooshed by so fast these past few years. But indeed, it's so awesome seeing how far we've progressed with our art and maps. Maps especially, these are always about experimenting and learning especially with planets that develop over time. I think Tretris Oakutarui has come a long way!
I'm trying to work out the scale of this planet in my head. It has qualities of both a gas giant and and terrestrial planet, and with its immense size it'd have to be completely, well, out of this world. Definitely one-of-a-kind! Terraforming would be a MUST, and I can actually see them using shields or domes to better manage the atmosphere. So are the Sectors analogous to great, sprawling countries, then? Nice! I would recommend bringing the population down to something more reasonable, like 10 or even 20 billion. Quadrillion is pretty insane, and it'd be impossible to terraform a planet for that many people-- unless God, or a limitless fund, was involved. Hahaha!
Planets like this are fun, they're strange and challenge us to be both creative and disciplined. You're doing a very awesome job, and as always I can't wait to see more! Your worldbuilding is always so inspiring and fun, I love it!

Indeed, Tretris Oakutarui has been the one thing I've been trying to work with for such a long time, it's original idea was a Brown Dwarf, that cooled down with it's significant gravity to replace gas with rock, but as time changed (and with the laws of Science and Astronomy changing aswell) I wanted to break abit those laws with something that "Might" be possible if we just expand our laws of astronomy further, the whole term Terrestrial Planet has been compared to Earth, because Scientists and Astrologists have been using Earth as a template, but there could be "Earth-like Planets" but aren't the size of Earth but are like Earth with it's habitable temperature and everything, but scientists want an "Earth-Twin exactly" to be considered one for us.
The Size of Tretris Oakutarui has been that mystery, but treat it like Jupiter, unlike most Habitable Terrestrial Planets, Tretris Oakutarui orbits the Three Suns System, a Trinary System, which means it's very far from it's parent stars. This massive difference puts it in a small habitable zone, when compared to our Sol System. Tretris being this giant planet, treat it like Jupiter, it has a massive magnetosphere that like Jupiter can reach as far as Mars, it's Atmosphere is so tall, it can almost share it's atmosphere with Meridum. It's gravity is roughly 2x stronger than earth, but it's still a standard in terms, In a ratio scale, a planet's gravity thats roughly 0.5 to 3x Earth's Gravity it's considered standard because humans can adapt to the change in gravity. It's size, like alot of sci-fi defies logic, I tried to bring as much knowledge into it, but at the same, when making a planet, you got to break some logic to make it unique
Terraforming was only done after 2304, because of the Centennial City Disaster (Hence the giant desert with varied circles there) However the massive terraforming process has drastically destroyed Tretris Climate, and nearly it's surface as it's atmosphere was nearly stripped due to mass scale building. With the passing of the Greener Corona Project it not only stablized the atmosphere, it stabilized it's climate, and brought a greener Capital City to the Planet, thus making the entire planet balanced between Nature and City.
Quadrillion was given the number because for a planet 25x the size of jupiter, 20 billion will roughly fit in the Sector One alone, remember the Capital City has Mega Towers and Undercities, and with it's size, quadrillion was the understandable. Though the original number it was originally back in 2001-2008 it was est. 5.9 Octillion, but the number was too unrealistic, so to fit the Planet and city, Quadrillion was suitable, it's not huge like Octillion, but suitable for the Capital City and Planet. Thanks!~ I went out for strange, but at the same disciplined with the laws we know but abit broken for that kick of excitement~.
Just see the one with Novalis, that one is tied to the Capital City, as it's part of the Founder's Triangle, Tretris Represents the Government, Novalis represents the Economy/Culture, while Rilgar represents the Military.

Aaaah, I like it! This is one thing I love about worldbuilding: getting to push our boundaries. I like it when people flex their imagination, and by gosh we can have terrifying flesh planets and giant megaworlds if we want to!
That sounds so beautiful though, I love the idea of this world being a success story of man and nature! For some reason I can see the plants as having become giant as well, just giant trees and sprawling jungles-- where they were terraformed, of course. Do you ever plan on doing some drawings of the planet's scenery? I'd love to see what it looks like!
Thanks for answering my questions, by the way! Aaahaha, I'm a snoopy map fetishist.
