How much is it ( like a ref like this )?

It depends on how complicated the character design is
and if you are giving me one of your characters to make it for, or if I'm making you a character, and whether or not it's shaded.
but a more complex character design with an accessory or two, the ref would range from about 50-60 points depending on whether it was with shading, or flat color
if it's a simple character design with like, no or one accessory, then it it would range from 35-45 points
and that is assuming you are wanting me to make one of you're characters that you've already made, not me making you a completely new design.
