EDIT> couldnt stand the grey, so i added green X'D inside of mouth and back 2 paws are also green X'D lol

my new character, guillotine (: he normally has blood oozing from his mouth, so no those arnt markings, or part of his design, just oozing blood X'D

if you dont know what a guillotine is, look it up on google images X'D its an assassination device first used in france. and since i <3 french history, here he is lol

he has blades that he can exert from his legs and back, i might add those to the ref later but i need to get to sleep D;
