If only Martin actually wore this suit in the books. One thing that always bugged me about Martin The Warrior is that despite being a prequel, it pretty much contradicts the lore set up for him back in the first book. Mind you, it's a great story, but I've always been a stickler for continuity. Mossflower, to an extent, also suffers from this, despite being a personal favourite of mine.
