Oh my goodness. The minute I saw this guy I knew he was the one <3 . In all seriousness, I've been wanting an MTT for almost a year now, and I continue to miss the Adoption rounds -_- and I've been insanely busy lately. I finally did it though! I really hope I can get this guy, that would be so awesome.
He was so complicated, but so much fun to draw!

Personality:
Although it can be argued that he’s tempermental from time to time, ShutterSpeed is a really great guy to hang out with once people put in the time and effort. Gaining his trust is fairly difficult, but once it is earned, he will be very open and loyal. He also has an awesome sense of humor, and takes many things in life very lightly. He doesn’t mind if people joke around with him about his foot, he tries not to take it too seriously. Surprisingly, he prefers to stay in his dragon form, because he feels safer. When asked what his goal in life would be, his answer will always be “To improve myself.”

History:
ShutterSpeed was born and raised in some of the highest parts of Junction City. His dad had always had a habit of saying “Life is a series of snapshots, and unpreserved, these snapshots could be gone just as fast as they appear.” His mother was a photographer, but she only took up photography after ShutterSpeed’s dad decided to give him that name. His parents were fairly protective, but would always verbalize that they were safe, as nothing would harm them in the upper class. They were completely confident that life was perfect where they lived, and nothing could hurt the way they lived at that time. Unfortunately, bad things do happen. Late one night, an unknown amount of robbers set off a huge explosion in their house, aimed at killing the whole family. They almost succeeded. ShutterSpeed’s foot was completely torn off from a part of shrapnel, and he was knocked unconscious. His parents were both killed in the explosion. The robbers presumed him dead as well, took what they could hold, and left. When he awoke in a hospital, he knew exactly what he wanted to do. He wanted to find the thieves and bring them to justice. It was for this reason that he became a police officer, going through countless hours of training, and becoming one of the most recognized on the force. He was forced into the middle class, due to the huge amount of money stolen, but that didn’t bother him, much. Although he spends most of his time looking over files, and reading studying criminal cases, he does, from time to time, enjoy looking at what was left of the photographs that his mom took.

ShutterSpeed had made a robotic foot for himself to wear on duty while tinkering with some old parts, which worked pretty well, only to have it blown off by an armed criminal who was later arrested. The piece could not be recovered.
ShutterSpeed eventually hopes to make a robotic piece that would become a part of him, a permanent solution to his foot.
