It's simultaneous neat and weird to see this more traditional-ish portrait from you. Always curious to see how your work evolves.

Thanks... I was using a somewhat ok Nikon which did all of the thinking for me. So all of the pictures that I did at that shoot that I have right now (I'm waiting for the film ones) are neat, clean and somewhat boring. I was kind of disappointed in what I did with that camera. But considering that they just threw it at me and I didn't get a chance to play with the controls or figure out its secrets, there is a good reason that they are so traditional and clean. Also, the space they gave me to take pictures in was really really difficult because it was dirty and I had to tilt the camera to omit plugs and clutter. :[

i don't think it's necessarily a bad thing. while i honestly think you could make it as a fine artist photographer alone, this also shows you could also work more mainstream if you wanted to.
