I'm pretty sure I've seen someone here in deviantart with a drawing similar to this... but I think it wasn't a sea serpent, it was some other animal... and the bait was working.Anyway, that's how this thing eats. Sticks its tongue out, waits for an uncautious (short-sighted) dude to come play with it then eats the bastard.
Done in half an hour.
