Quick sketches done during class about one of the funniest comic strips in existence, Pearls Before Swine. I think a comic that has his own characters occasionally saying "Who writes this shit?" deserves more than prizes, it deserves a Movie!I decided to humanize the two main characters, although Rat got fully human and Pig got only halfway through
Also a more realistic Zebra, Crocodile (he's saying "viiiiiiiva vzinha zeba", which is our version of "hullo, zeba neighba!") and Rat. Rat was saying the line "Than a damned army we shall have!", which is a line of Bender from Futurama. I always see Rat as a Bender character, since they're both like the personification of evil.Characters (c) Stephan Pastis

I really like Pearls too. Like Steve Pastis, Frank Cho has a wierd-funny sense of humor, destroyed the fourth wall a long time ago and is self-deprecating and is often the butt of an ark or pathetic. It's one of those strips that evolved out of a college-strip and has kept its roots. I like it; some people don't.
