Yeah, I've read that somewhere too. I think copying and pasting uses RAM, because RAM is the one that goes away when you turn off your computer, which happens with things you copy (you can't copy something, shut off the computer, and then paste it when you start it again). Plus, ROM means something like Read Only Memory, which basically means you can't go around using it whenever your ass feels like it.
