Description
This underwoman was inspired by Hebe, and the idea was that she was young. Almost as if she was unfinished.I like the name "Kitty" for a young character, and from that I named her after a horrible pun for "caterpillar", which follows that idea of youth. "Pilar" is an actual surname in Portuguese and Spanish.
