Description
I was flipping through my pokemon book and I saw Rotom and for some reason I had a strange urge to make him. I was making charms at the time, so might as well be a charm!
I never really liked Rotom all that much, but as with every pokemon that I don't like...when I make it out of clay, it seems to be so much cuter than before.
