It's almost like a metaphor of life... the fish are trapped in the bottle, but they almost don't realize it - they know they're in the bottle and they know they can't get out, but it's okay. The water's running out, but at least they're together... and in the end, it doesn't matter when you die as long as you had a good life.
Or maybe it's just fish in a bottle that are gonna die soon. Either way though, it's sad...

aaaaaaw the feels it's sad and beautiful at the same time. sad cause i clearly see the water is going to run out and they're going to die at one point.... but it's pretty cause at least they're together and making the very best of their last moments.... whyyyy why would you make this so sad
