You know Cynthia, the thing about insomnia is that the victim pretty much is a low-level drunkard due to exhaustion and a poor grasp of reality due to drifting between awareness and sleep. At least you'll get a good excuse once Jack gets awake. Overall, I like how a whole night of being awake has forced Cynthia to ponder her feelings for Jack, too bad that Jack awoke now that she had her face close to his, lol.
