I've honestly never gone ice skating...or skiing for that matter, despite having a cousin who does work at ski lodges up north where he lives! 
Here where I live-the "glorious" land of South Carolina" we are lucky to maybe get snow once every other year or so. Usually we'll get flakes falling at least once a year, but not enough to really stick to the ground! Even though it's warmer here in the winter time than many other places in America...I'm embarrassed to say that I get really cold whenever the temperature dips below 50F. Honestly...sometimes, during the past couple winters, I actually bundle up in a warm jacket when I go to bed!

Its so much fun there's an ice skating place that like about 15 or 20 miles away from where I live,I think its called Polar Express Skating or something I can't really remember since I hardly go anywhere fun but its really fun! Omg,snowboarding looks so much fun,I hope to learn snowboarding someday!
