New character for the Midnight Fox comic book.

Luke is a rookie cop for the San Francisco police department and just recently became a detective and partnered with a veteran officer. He doesn't take kindly to superheroes though, thinking they're "stealing the limelight" from the police. Which leads him to wanting to know that kid's identity.

Luke despite his greaser appearance and tough guy attitude is really a little too arrogant and cocky, thinking his new job would be like the movies, which leads him into trouble with his superiors.
He has a fascination with sports cars too, and drives a 1971 Mercury Comet.

He was mostly inspired by Bullitt, Martin Riggs, and Cobra (And yes he is related to another certain silver fox we all know).
