This is something I'm fine with. Always seemed weird that cartoon furry girls wear clothes when the boys don't. It's almost like society seems to fetishize girls so much, we even fetishize them as animals, though that'd explain why cartoon bird girls tend to have boobies...

This is nice ^^ This is what I call "furrified". When you're only in your fur or when you're showing body regions that would realistically have offending bits while in the shown aspect they don't.

I feel like this piece is making fun of the game vs other media's "dress code."Β I guess it is similar to how Boom!Sonic occasionally jokes how he doesn't wear pants.Β I feel it is common for cartoonish critters to have the "Males wear less than females" dress code.

Right. Β I never saw it as /bad/ either, since for most of the characters clothing was merrly accessory. But some of the first times I saw Amy with out her dress just looked....odd, because she was suddenly missing something that was so recognizable to her. Β It would be kind of like having a character your are really familiar with in a certain outfit suddenly completely change their wardrobe half way through the series. Β It might not be a bad change, but for a bit, it doesn't look quite right.
