A G1 spy for the Autobots. He was a triple changer with the twist that instead of two vehicles he could be two robots. And he looked different enough to fool Megatron. I just thought since your guy had 'Con markings but was told he couldnt wear an Autobot sheild by Prime, maybe it was a similar situation.
