Adventure Foxy (FNaF World): While all the characters have cute designs here, Foxy, to me, had the cutest. He looks like a happy little kid in a pirate costume.
Anna (Frozen): I already talked about Elsa, so now it's Anna's turn. She at first seemed like several Disney Princesses before her, but she matures by the end of the movie, and even before that, she's still a sweet, kind, bubbly, and adorable girl. Especially as a little kid.
Fennekin (Pokémon): While there are many cute Pokémon, I thought Fennekin was the cutest. It looks really soft and cuddly, its ears are so big they're adorable, and it evolves into Delphox, who's tied with Charizard for my favorite Pokémon.
Fluttershy (MLP): Ok, before anyone calls me an autistic brony faggot, let me tell you;
1.) I have Asperger's Syndrome, which is like autism. What's that got to do with anything?
2.) Even if I am a brony, why does that bother you? And why does it matter to you?
3.) I'm straight.
Anyways, Fluttershy's my favorite of the characters, as I see a bit of myself in her; I like animals, I'm VERY shy and quiet, I have a hard time speaking up, and I'm nervous around people. Regardless, she's such a sweet and kind character, and her design is so adorable, I'd want to cuddle her.

Jeanette Miller (Alvin and the Chipmunks): While the six chipmunk characters are cute in their own ways, Jeanette just stood out as the cutest. She's kinda like Fluttershy; shy, sweet, timid, and kind-hearted. She's Simon's counterpart, being interested in science like him, but also having interest in literature. Plus, she and Simon are so cute together.
Klaptrap (Donkey Kong): Despite these little buggers being a pain in the tail in DK64, they're still pretty cute. They kinda act like dogs. Hence why I called them "Gator Dogs" s a kid. Heck, I still like to nickname them that.
Silvermist (Tinkerbell): Looking at her picture, you'd think she's a calm, graceful, elegant character right? Instead, she's a bit airheaded, bubbly, and very sweet. She's easily the cutest of the pixies.
Cream the Rabbit (Sonic): Dude... she's a bunny. What more do I need to say? Well, how about that's she's as sweet as candy, and very polite? Her Chao, Cheese, is also really cute.

Guilmon (Digimon): He may look cool, but his child-like demeanor makes him adorable.
Chomper (Land Before Time): One of my favorite characters as a kid, and still one of my favorites now. He's a baby Tyrannosaurus and one of Littlefoot's best friends. Despite being a predatory dinosaur, he's very kind and friendly.
Star Butterfly (Star vs. the Forces of Evil): Possibly one of the cutest characters Disney has ever made. She's bright, energetic, bubbly, friendly, naïve, sweet, tough, and just so cute.
Amy (Gargantia on the Verdurous Planet): I talked about Saaya already, so now I'll talk a bit about Amy. She helped Ledo get settled in on Gargantia, eventually falling in love with him. She's both pretty and cute at the same time. And let me just say this about her dancing skills; Ooh lah lah! But seriously, Amy's one of my favorite anime females, along with Erza, Zoey (from Dinosaur King), Misty (from Pokémon), and Sakura (WBtSitW).

Chunky Kong (Donkey Kong): He may be big and imposing, but he's a sweet, timid, gentle giant on the inside. Despite that, he can put you in a world of hurt. Even with a triangle... trust me, it makes sense if you play DK64.
Mort (Madagascar): A little lemur with huge eyes, and looks like a walking plush toy? That's Mort for ya.
Baymax (Big Hero 6): It's a robot that looks like a big, huggable marshmallow. He looks cool in his armor, but he's still a polite and caring robot. Also, hairy baby. That is all.
Neith (Smite): One of my favorite characters in the game. She's a favorite among many in the Smite community because of her looks, her sweet and cheery personality, and how fun she is to play as. She's probably one of the two cutest characters in the game, along with Sol.

Toothless (How to Train Your Dragn): Dragons are normally fierce, right? Well, Toothless looks and acts like a big house pet. I also love his design; it's cool and original, but it also makes him look cute. His face looks a bit like Stitch's face, and seeing how they were both made by the same guy, that makes him more cute.
Hamtaro (Hamtaro): He's a hamster... not like I need to explain this one. It's pretty straight forward.
Spiko (Spectrobes): A cute critter from an awesome underrated series. He's the baby form of the Spik line, and he has a surprisingly deep sound for something so small and fuzzy.
Spyro (Skylanders): While many nostalgia brats saw him as an ugly troll, I saw him as more like a dragon/pug mix. Big eyes, short snout. Plus, he's one of my favorite Skylanders in the series.
