Description
The second of many Sonic.EXE OCs that I've made, all to fit in one universe called "Wrathful Reign." This AU would be more similar in concept to fangames like Spirits of Hell or the Nightmare series, but with some changes that are pretty neat. (At least, I think so.)Exenesis would be the main antagonist of most of it, as you may be able to guess.
