Description
The fourth of many Sonic.EXE OCs that I've made, all to fit in one universe called "Wrathful Reign." This AU would be more similar in concept to fangames like Spirits of Hell or the Nightmare series, but with some changes that are pretty neat. (At least, I think so.)Exetario is DEFINITELY an oddball in the cast, being a Mario character--I originally made him as a sort of "rival" character to Exenesis, and while they would still fight if they met (lol), he's now more of a secondary antagonist to the whole story.
