As Master Splinter decides his next move the ninja mice retaliates and started to attack his all at once unfortunately due to their tiny size and Splinter's swift retaliation as he quickly lifts of his foot revealing one of the ninja mice squashed like gum to his sole and begins stomping his foot down on the others who are merely too late to get out way now, and now "SQUISHED" they go, Master Splinter was quite please with himself and pretty much satisfied after dispatching the ninja mice who should have planned carefully but at least his sons can sleep easily knowing that the so called threat has been dealt with underfoot.

As for his text in the 9th panel

Master Splinter: Heh not even a match against my feet, what a shame. *he says as he grinds them under his foot*
