ForFinished my first ever YCH ^^ I'm quite happy with it ♥ and I REALLY REALLY hope you like it q -- q
I had to kinda design him clothes and choose colors ( some were from the refs you gave me and some colors were from the horse ref n_n ), so I hope it's to your liking ^^!!

I just use the luminosity tool in PaintToolSai, I draw drop like figures and a lot of little dots.

yeah, it can be a bit hard =v= )' I have to redo it a couple of times till it looks allright n_n
I usually use a really small brush ( around size 2 ), to draw the little sparkles.
