making a substance illegal is one thing but outlawing words, even dumb slang is not just wrong since it goes against first amendment, it can't be enforced even if it's stated as mandatory making it very stupid, and police aren't gonna try to enforce ridiculous laws like those let alone succeed. it's like that law in California sayingΒ it is illegal toΒ eat an orange inΒ your bathtub.
