just thought I`d share some random trivia `koi` in Japanese can also mean `Love`, you`ve written `ai` ζγthere which is the same meaning but just as a coincidence the carp `coi` written as ι― when written with the kanji ζ which is also pronounced exactly the same means love.
ζγai - love
ζγkoi - love, long for (koishii ζγγ to miss someone/something)
ζζγrenai - love
