Ohhh, dear. Blame it on nervous energy. I'm waiting for the next phase of the project I'm working on to begin, and I've already chewed my nails to the quick. So...it's either make new art, or start gnawing through skin to the bone. lol
I have no explanation for this other than the fact that yes.... I love Xanadu, and everything about it makes me want to lace up my skates, put on a diaphanous dress, and rollerdance. Wow...I'm usually more into landscape photomanips, but I really like this one, but then I especially like things with sparkles and lots of color. The dark blue was a great choice. Reminds me of the Disney logo where the star (?) goes over the castle.

So, the stock of the girl you used doesn't look like it would come out that sharp. Did you paint some of it? Cause it really does look very HD in the manip.

Thank you! Yes, I run it through a whole process of stuff to get it to look like that. The only part that has any painting on it though, is the hair (but mostly for individual strands). Everything else is just a matter of finessing layers, layer modes, and other things like that.
