AHH I love the painty look. It's so awesome. There's something just so professional looking about it.
I think the Deviantart watermark is just fine. It definitely doesn't impede viewing of the image too much. But you could probably come up with something way cooler that would distinguish your art more. :3

I was just thinking about suggesting going back to signing your work or making a cute little watermark because dA's is outdated and blah, but i'm like "i won't say anything it's no big deal" and then i see other comments about it SO

the only problem with DA's watermark is it doesn't use a real ©...
you'd be better off just superimposing your own over it using the real copyright symbol
