Description
One of my Blaberus craniifer cockroaches. This is the "true" death's head cockroach, not the hybrids. The little vampire face on the pronotum makes me chuckle, I even made a screen print [link] with that in mind. These guys are quite an interesting species.Related content

Haha, yep. These are one of my favorite roaches for that reason, I just can't get over their little jack-o-lantern/vampire smiley faces.
I have other species that are more fun to watch, but not nearly as cool looking.

I'm quite a fan myself, I have twelve different species right now. Considering there is over 4,000 species worldwide, I've barely put a dent in some of the more fantastic roaches out there.

Death head is an awesome name...the resemblance to a ghastly skull or ghoul face is uncanny, even tho it's just a natural pattern
