i dont give egretstride enough attention, and yet without him i wouldn't have either junipercloud (his brother) or gorseswan (his son), two of my most-loved characters

he and brackenpetal have a very loving relationship, but spend moons upon moons of it apart because egretstride has a wandering heart and she's reluctant to leave her home to follow him. somehow they make it work, ever faithful and ever pining for one another. however, their kits don't care as much for egretstride cause it's kinda hard to have a bond with someone you've hardly ever been around

brackenpetal is also meadowlark's sister, you'll see them together in another picture i plan on completing soon

no bracken isn't smol, egret's just too tol. most of his fam is, including juniper and gorse
