They don't seem to realize that DRAWN erotica is exactly as NOT-porno as PHOTO erotica..
I mean, as long as you (or anyone else who uploads nudes) just makes sure to tag it as mature so the kids don't see it,
I don't see why they would NOT allow drawn erotica when they DO allow photos..
In many cases the drawn ones are even LESS nude / revealing than photos, and still get warned or removed.

The way I see it - MANY ponies (in the bigger cities) DO wear clothes, but most ponies in Ponyville, and the royal sisters, do NOT, except for special occassions like weddings, the annual Gala, coronations, and such things.
So, Equestria is basically just MUCH more open-minded toward nudism than Earth is, and Ponyville is basically a nudist colony.

I think that had more to do with her lying curled up in bed, and to her, THAT was embarracing.
The naked part of it had nothing to do with it.

I'm 26 and male myself, and the show IS originally supposed to be for girls, around maybe... 10 and DOWN...
So yeah, not good to overthink it too much. ^^
But the later seasons (3 and 4) has really embraced the fact that us Bronies exist..
LOADS of easter eggs and references.. Even BIOSHOCK and GOD OF WAR references have been seen... and in the comics, they have Monty Python references.. ^^

I didn't notice either of them when I saw the episodes, but I saw a youtubevideo with a list of such stuff.. when I SAW the Bioshock thing (A pair of twins from Bioshock 3) it was so obviously them.. but far in the background, hard to notice ^^
same with the GoW, but that one I'm not familiar with either, I've not played the GoW games..
I have them though, so I'm GOING to, someday
