There is no consistent plan yet, but I thought I'd let you know beforehand
I don't have any idea for crowdfunding or any other way of donations, but the solution might show up soon. Dedicated commissions? Bank robbery? Becoming a president? I'll keep you updated!
If everything else fails, I will most likely go to the GalaCon, I can already tell you that! I'm not gonna lie, that is the easiest option for me

GalaCon is pretty solid. Well organized, established and working within the European frame.
Buck-Con is also pretty neat from the European point of view.
BronyCon from Europe is quite an expensive trip. About 1000 Dollars for the flight alone, and I don't know in how far you are able to sell stuff as a non-US citizen without getting into trouble.

When it comes to the PonyFair in Berlin, I'd recommand waiting a bit more though. I heard that they've slured the GalaCon quite a lot, and their organisation so far seems a bit whacky.
Though, this is only my opinion. Look at them for yourself, from a geographical point of view they are pretty close to your place (Poland, right?). But they have not really convinced me to be able to run a huge Con yet, also because they're estimating and planning for quite a lot of people while being a start-up con; not to mention, their program seems weird to me (A con from fans for fans? Like a clop-section or what?).
