Turret front is the easiest place to tell, Panthers had a bigger gun mantlet that covered the entire front face of the turret.

Yes, good point. But then again schmalturm 8.8 had no muzzle brake as you can see... and the schmalturm turret has those derpy what i can only call frog eyes on the sides xD
Plus look at the tracks, Panther is a more compact with tracks not sticking out outside off, hmm..., lets just say "hull block".

Also now that I look at it, Tiger tracks are wider, which would make sense since its a lot heavier machiene, and bla bla bla...

actually, pretty much all german tanks have "panzer" in the name and it was not actually called tiger II it's tiger B (panzer II) or Panzerkampfwagen Tiger Ausf. B (for long version)

Looks like a Panzerkampfwagen Tiger Ausf. B (Tiger II or King Tiger) with the early "Porsche" turret, but I have no idea what is going on with the muzzle brake of the gun.
