Only criticism I have...maybe adjust the angle of the horn so that it seems like it's perpendicular to the surface of the skull rather than simply going forward. Also the shading kinda tells me it's jutting out over her left eye. But other than that it's wonderful! And maybe it's just me. If not, I think it could be fixed in photoshop because the rest of the image...I have no issues, and it'd take me weeks to rig, light, and render this.
