Entry for 's RikDik character design contest!!

I really wanted to make a character based on my home-state's wildlife, so Joshua here is a Florida Key Deer. I've never drawn anthro before, nor have I ever drawn a deer, but it was a lot of fun to try it out, hehe. I wound up shading and detailing this because I really liked how it turned out, but the flat colors with general reference info is here!

Overall Josh is a pretty chill guy. He just wants to hang out, crack a few lame jokes, and have a good time.

(he knows that his antlers are very impractical for playing soccer, but he's still going to give it the old college try. what a champ.)
