What would I need to do in order to not get reported for copy right on Youtube?

On every photograph that you post on this site, to the right of the categories the picture is listed in, there is text that states:
*copyright symbol* *year posted--current year* *Name of illustrator*
Youtube can be pretty strict about whether or not you have permission from a copyright holder to use the content that the copyright is legally protected by.
If I use any of your photographs, I would have to either state a disclaimer saying that the photographs used in the video are not mine, or I would have to directly address you, the illustrator of said photographs, saying, the photographs in this video belong to *owner/illustrator* and are not mine.
If I would like to use your photographs in a video(s), would you like to be addressed directly as the owner/illustrator of said photos or would you like me to not specify your name (username) and just use a disclaimer?
PS, should have been more specific earlier. Strangely I get quite philosophical in the later hours, which is when i'm writing this message now.
