They speak English and Japanese on Mobius? French too judging by Antoine, Chinese or Chunese cause of Chun-nan, probably some other lamguages too... In Archie Comics Mobius is Earth in 14,000 years, so if you went by that backstory it would make since I guess?
I never heard of the Dutch headcanon thing though? Though judging by some evidence pointing to what Sonic and Tails' nationatly, Sonic would be Chinese mixed with maybe Japanese judging by the official human version of him clearly by looking at the details..Asian. Only hedgehog that is in Asia are [[Chinese]]Amur Hedgehogs, and Tails having more then one tail would suggest Japanese as Hokkaido foxes are yellow and the whole kitsune legend thing for the tails..

I always loved this piece of artwork of Tails, he's more advanced with a sword. I can imagine himself taking down Eggman robots one by one. The details are just looks very epic to me. Tails looks badass, I can't get enough out of this artwork. Amazing job.
