If you dont mind a little critique, it wouldnt hurt to stretch the tape out a little bit so it covers the cheeks rather than barely touches them.

On a somewhat smaller note, the rope on the torso seems a bit loose although that could just be from the way the rope is utilized. Having the rope wrap around the torso then wrapped around the arms like in here Commission - Ram and Rem - DID could be interesting, you have the idea down on the rest!
