Why would Fredbear hate Springtrap? I don't understand.
You get that Springtrap has two separate personalities, right? The spirit of Spring Bonnie, who depends on Fredbear whether he is real or not, and the ghost of the Purple Man, who is trying to get rid of Fredbear and gain control of Springtrap. It's Spring Bonnie whom Fredbear cares for, and the Purple Man whom he fights and despises. He knows that it's two people in there.

He's either Fredbear, or The Puppet
While SpringTrap may not have commited the murders HIMSELF, he was still used to do it. He was a tool. Now he's come back to kill you in FNAF 3, showing that the Purple Guy, is in charge. And in Fnaf 3 as well, Fredbear may or may not be present anyways. SpringTrap is the good one, Purple is the bad one, and as long as the bad one is in control, I'm pretty sure Fredbear doesn't like whatever SpringTrap is. I can see the old ones being shipped, normal Fredbear and Spring Bonnie. But, the older ones seem as if they shouldn't be that friendly to eachother...Β
Now... I wonder hoe SpringTrap would react to PlushTrap and Nightmare/Nightmare Fredbear...

I'm not 100% sure I'm following your logic since you went from the Crying Child to the Missing Children but I think what you're saying is that Fredbear should see his killer in Springtrap, or else the killer of other children? So actually this isn't the possessed Fredbear, this is the Withered Fredbear from FNAF2, who is a different character from a different location. The other Fredbear is possessed.
As I said, he knows the difference, and although it's difficult for him to take having to be around the Purple Man so much it's worth it for him to be with Spring Bonnie and protect her, because if Purple gains control he can fulfill his plans as mentioned at the end of Night 2, and to be quite honest Fredbear is the only thing keeping Spring stable enough to maintain any control over Springtrap. There are certain things you are willing to do when you care as much about somebody as Fredbear cares about Spring Bonnie, plus there's more at stake that hasn't been revealed yet.
That's coming too.
