I'm a real big idiot gamer who was raised on pokemon standards, and so for the entirety of my very first run I accidentally pulled a No-Mercy because I thought they didn't die just faint.
And wow I went through it all not even realizing the mercy button had a function.

That is FREAKING BRILLIANT! It's perfect. I always found it dumb that everyone shows Fisk as either a Pacifist or a Genocider. This is perfect character motivation that addresses why they are so determined to be kind. Plus it addresses the issue that every frisk worth their shit went neutral before pacifist that most comics overlook.
