Finally, the next page is done. Been working off and on with this thing for a long while now. As you saw from my journal, I finally sat down and focused on coloring and finishing it tonight. If you missed the show, you can still go to my livestream account through the link in my journal and look up the on-demand of it there.
Don't have much time at the moment, so I'll update this with links and some comments on the page itself when I do.

nah, I'm actually inclined to draw LeeKusu because I like SasuSaku and NejiTen, and with Sakura or Tenten being the only ones who could get with Lee, then Arekusu is the perfect person to make everyone happy ^^ So I'm officially a supporter of Leekusu

SO TRUE! I wonder if hinata has ever seen the kyubi inside of naruto before pain's invasion! I hope her feelings have changed o.o...

Hmm, a lot of this is excellently done, but I first notice Hinata's pose. She looks a little stiff for the way she'd be acting in that situation. When one shivers (out of fear or just being cold), their shoulders will naturally curl up and forward. Hinata's current position is more like that of a distraught housewife who just learned her husband is dead and is trying not to outright wail in tears.
Everyone says the eyes are well done. Specifically, I say the eyes are well colored, but they (and the tears) could use a little improvement.
When it comes to the reflective highlights on any smooth liquid-covered surface, think of the reflection highlight as a warped piece of an image in itself, with sharply defined borders. As it is now, the highlight on the closeup of Hinata's eyes looks more like that from a very dry eye, so dry one couldn't even see out of it properly. When someone is crying, their eyes are more reflective because of the increase in moisture. The highlights on the tears ought to be sharply defined as well.
Some good examples to see the basics of eye reflection: [link] [link] (I know those aren't human eyes, but a macro of a human eye is a little more distracting and less anime-like: [link] ) Anyway, you get my point. Don't let the eye and tear reflective highlights have blurred edges. They can fade a little towards the edge, but the edge must be clearly defined.
Remember that reflection tip for the tears as well - try to think about the light source and make the highlight a warped reflection of pure-white or pure-transparent. That's for thick, streaming anime-style tears, at least.

*nods* I see what you mean. I like how the tears turned out, personally, but I do see what you're saying. And you're right, that's how reflections work.

Well, the tears on the zoomed-out, quivering Hinata are spot-on, and the 2nd close-up panel of welling-up tears is excellent, those don't need to change at all! I was meaning for extreme close-ups like in the third close-up mini-panel you have there.
If you're going for realism, remember that the basic make-up of a tear is simply a large drop that leaves a trail behind it on the face. Realism-wise, the patterns made by the tears in that panel are actually backwards, as if the water was flowing into her eye, especially at the outer corner of that eye. Anime-style tears are those that stream down the face and have a constant width and thickness, drip off the chin, etc. A good example is actually Sakura's tears in chapter 181 . Constant width until it stops. So which are you going to try for, do you think? Anime, realism, or some combination of both?
Speaking of which, the trail left by the wet tears on a dry face simply leaves a wet line that has no three-dimensional appearance at all until it reaches the tear, which would actually be drawn as its own object. Giving the skin the wet appearance for the tear-line would be done by coloring it darker than surrounding skin, with abrupt edges, and maybe some slight sparkle highlights if you're going for extreme detail. Perhaps also (if it's a fresh tear) a thin, pure-white highlight along one edge of the wet path, appropriately placed to accentuate the curve of the face. You did great with the edge of the tears, though - a dark line is the appropriate method

Funny how I seem to be best at conceptualization and planning, but am always dissatisfied with the results if I do it myself. This holds for artwork, fanfiction, programming...everything, really. Weird.
So while I can't do the awesome stuff I mention, I can still know the concept behind it well enough to tell you how to do it
