Well, since I finished by 4koma for the week rather early I thought it was about time I colored in my picture of C.C. I'm rather pleased how this one turned out. The hardest part was getting that bright glow right. I think I found a nice balance.No major spoiler here since this is how she looks in the first episode. She was trapped in a container that was thought to hold poisonous gas. She was being held strapped in this weird sort of full body jacket. It does come across as a fetish thing, doesn't it?
This moment in the series had this kind of beauty and elegance. I wanted to show that in the pose. In the color I want to show her depth.
My original sketch was rather static and boring. I found by changing my angle slightly I got something a lot more interesting.
It was rather annoying working out that pose. More so the neck. I'm still not sure if it came out quite right.
I don't know if it's just me, but my eyes keep getting drawn to her ass.

It wasn't me. It was in a Japanese magazine. They rated all the girls in season one. Milly was number one. Marianne was number two. Kallen was number three.

I'm not a huge fan of C.C. but you did a great job her capturing my favorite moment of her from season 1. The hair flow looks amazingly spot on for the scene.

I admit-- white is a difficult color to make "pop," but you do it flawlessly. Your pose here is awesome (not to mention sexy) and everything works so well. Grade-A stuff!

The colouring is lovely, amazing work in details and giving the picture dimension. Nice mixture of blurred and hard lines. I'm surprised you didn't put more err..."effort" in colouring her breast though 
I found it interesting how you decided to outline her with the orange. It makes the picture very sharp. But still I can't help but wonder if the picture would flow better if that outlines wasn't there.
Ahh well...enough blabbing, just know I love this. <3

Well, the focus wasn't her breasts or really her ass. I wanted her all over pose to be the focus.
I gave her an outline to make her feel out beyond the background.

Faving this, but there is an error; when the leggings are zipped up, they cover the boots, making even teeny-tiny baby steps impossible as well.

Then you are the one with the mistake. Look closer. They are zipped up. Look at the top of the legs. The line doesn't connect. It's just showing off the shape of the leg. If you look at her ankles the bottom is wrapped tight.
The costume is accurate.

I don't know SQUAT about how hard it was to get the 'glow', but the results look great to me anyhow...
I do agree about her backside having a somewhat magnetic effect on the eyes though.
And if I might quote (or probably MISquote, but I'll give it a go anyways...) Adam Warrens' "Caged demonwolf"? CC's backside is most "TOOTHSOME!"
