So. Picture. I think her head is big, or her shoulders are small. I'd say shoulders. TOO LATE TO FIX NOW.
I don't like C.C. In fact, I don't like any of the character from Code Geass. But they're fun to draw :3

Hair is good and coloring of eyes are good, however the eyes aren't symmetrical, and the hair ends just a tad high, but overall it's pretty good. Overall coloring of hair and clothing is good as well. =3
