Code Geass - Geass Fighter II[Episode- R2 16]
This episode was a bit of a challenge. It wasn't for a lack of ideas. Mostly I had a few ideas. It was some weren't right for THIS episode, I wanted to save an idea for later, or the possible punchlines weren't that good.
I felt I had to play off that awesome smack down scene with Kallen.
I had two punchlines for this same scene. I wasn't sure which to make so I just thought, "Let's make both.". See the next 4koma I'll be posting for that joke.
I wanted to imitate a win scene from a Street Fighter II game. Those fans of the classic fighters will notice Kallen in Chun Li's classic victory pose. That was all on purpose.
I know in the comic you only see Kallen hit Suzaku three times, but in the anime she hit his seven times. That's why I call it a "7 Hit Super Combo".

I thought about this comic when I was watching the first five eps of Code Geass R2 when it was Kallen vs CC for Lelouch...

Well, most of the fights between Kallen and Suzaku were draws. They never really got to finish a fight. Something always interrupted them

Yeah, I only played one street fighter game, and that was a long time ago, so I don't really remember much about it, Mortal Kombat made more games then them. Isn't that kind of odd? I also knew the "Finish Him" thing came from Mortal Kombat, I just couldn't help but picture that coming up, along with the "Brutality" one as well. but hey, these are your comics.

Nice, but Suzaku would have KOed her in one shot had he even attempted to fight. This isn't a smackdown. This is Suzaku willingly taking a beating which likely barely damaged him.

Never know. Kallen is a good fighter. She smacked down that big guy in the first episode of the second season.

Kallen's a good fighter. Suzaku is an extraordinary fighter. He'd have won. I'd have liked to have seen him smacking her around with all of his strength and skill.
