Code Geass - Tactics[Episode - R2 23]
I have a new 4koma all ready for you. This is the third one based upon Episode 23. I could of just gone on to another image for another episode, but I really liked this joke and wanted to get it done.
It's surprising how long this actually took to finish coloring. More so when you consider that from a technical stand point. I only drew the third panel. The rest was made on computers. I was also trying out some new techniques.
I really like Lelouch's reaction in that panel. C.C. almost had a different line. The previous line was, "You didn't answer her, did you?". I thought this was more funny and playful. I also changed Lelouch's last line. It was just going to be, "Retreat.", but my inner Monty Python got the better of me and I went with a 'Holy Grail' reference.

Kallen was the only useful original member of the Black Knights. Tamaki's an idiot, Ohgi's even dumber (and gullible to boot), and the rest... probably didn't have names. Also, I love your C.C. expressions, they always crack me up.

That was a tactical warfare board, what's used to show the battle to the commanders so that they can make smart decisions. Kallen shouldn't have been able to fight off that many at once, but you know the saying "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."

The actual saying means, don't have casual sex with a girl who loves you, although Lelouch didn't have sex with Kallen, the level of betrayal she felt was the same as if he had.

Because Kallen is full of win. Always. That's what you get for leaving her out of the loop, Lelouch. You arrogant jerkass. Way to pit yourself against THE MOST AWESOME CHARACTER.
I do like Lelouch's character. Mostly. And I understand why he didn't explain Zero Requiem to Kallen (though she did work it out in the end). But there are occasions when he could have saved himself a lot of trouble by properly explaining himself.

this is a prime example why I like the first season of code Geass better than R2. In the first season nightmares wer'nt overpowerd and actually had to deal with decisive tactics. in the seconds season a single nightmare can do massive damage and the tactic that comes into play isn't as intense as it was before
