It's from the episode when he has to challenge Mao to chess to save Nunally... I believe he loses but still ends up saving Nunally... idr if he won or lost but I presume he lost since Mao can read minds,,, I do remember Lelouch got mad and commanded Mao to never speak again with his Geass.
