Martel is one of my favorite characters from the Fullmetal Alchemist series. To my distress she dies early in both the anime and the manga. Least she lived a little longer in the anime. She had it all. I looked here on devArt and there isn't a great deal of Fan Art about her. Seems like a shame. I seemed to notice something. I tend to like these female characters that have tattoos running down their right arm. Never really thought about that till just now.I'm very happy with how this pose turned out. I had another idea for her, but it was too much like my Revy picture. I wanted her to really look like she was in trouble becomes of the on coming fire.
I do plan to color this. I just thought the Black and white version looked cool enough to share.
If anyone wants to take a crack at coloring it I don mind. All I ask is credit for the line work and a link back to the original.

Sounds funny, but I never really thought about he/she or whatever I should call her. I was busy trying to find reference pictures of Martel.
You are right though. They do look similar, but Hanza has a larger rack. They do share that short spikey hair. Martel does have those full Angelina style lips though.

Thanks. In the manga she dies pretty much the same way, inside Al from the Furor. Just time and place are different. The manga is much faster though.
