I made some additions and alterations with umv 's permission.

Changed his theme to better suit the fact he's primarily blue. May change it back, dunno. May make more changes or fixes. Not sure entirely.

Basic info is that his name is Finnick, he's a big tough guy, and he's blind. So he often has to ask for help, going against his personality. Will probably make one of my other cinnadogs his sweet heart but not sure who, yet.
