Overall, a good use of vectors, and good build up to the punchline. It is very simple in its presentation, but that simplicity is what adds a great deal of impact to the emotion of the comic.
It does play on Trixie's revenge, which is a step away from what I have perceived as the "typical" view of Trixie's character development. Instead of playing into the "Trixie is repentant now," you reached deeper within a very straight-forward concept: revenge.
You do break from her typical third-person speech pattern in pane two, though I am unsure if this is accidental, or playing on Trixie's use of first-person perspective towards the end of the episode. However, such a break from character makes it sound more... sinister, if that was your intent.
You may wish to add reflections in the ponies' eyes in the first pane, as they look like black holes rather than actual pupils.
On a final note, the three pane build up to the reveal at the end is masterfully executed.

Thank you for the critique! I am glad that you enjoyed my comic. I really wasn't happy that Trixie was apologetic near the end, so in my headcanon, this was the only possible option. XD

its always been haunted/cursed though, the majora's mask is said to be the embodiment of a lost tribe's hexing rituals until the tribe in question realized how dangerous the mask was and hoped to seal it away to that it would never be misused by unworthy hands seeking power and destruction over the world. or at least that's one of the myths of the Mask...
the other myth is that it was carved by a traveler who came back a wish granting beast that had been injured so the traveler decided to help the beast and stay with it until its passing, at the beast's death the traveler decided to use the remains to create a mask to remember the creature and hopefully pass its wishing abilities through the new creation he crafted. now the rumor around the net is that the ancient tribe descended from this traveler and used the mask for the above purposes without knowing what the object had been made of or what its already magical properties were.

Okay that is one ugly mask, but I don't get the reference, is it supposed to be more powerful then the alicorn amulet, that seems unlikely

It's from a Legend of Zelda game. If they were in the same universe the Alicorn Amulet would be like a parasprite whereas Majora's Mask would be like Discord.

Discord would just snap his fingers and turn that mask into confetti. from a little internet surfing it seems to me that the mask are at most, and properly somewhat below Nightmare Moon in treat level.
Discord on the other hand is way way up there, he only used a small faction of his power against the main six, and the only reason they were able to defeat him was because he underestimated them. He could have destroyed them at any time, but he just wanted to play with them.
Nightmare Moon on the other hand used everything she had against them and didn't hold back.

I don't think you know what you are talking about, Discord is just about the most powerful fictional entity ever. He could take out Superman and all the justice league just by snapping his finger for instance.
He is quite literal the primordial god of chaos.

He underestemated them and the elements, and seriously wouln't you if you were him. If he wanted to he could have just killed them outright or turned them into an assortment of cheeses. He played with them as a cat plays with a mouse because he thought it was funny and he never thought he was in any real danger.
Discord is whit is chaos powers properly the most powerful fictional entity that have ever existed. I don't think there are any supervillain in any comic book more powerful then him.
