Been feeling kinda 'blah' lately. ;_;It needs a background. For the life of me, I cannot think of a good bg for her, nor do I want to risk ruining this piece with my substandard 'drawing inanimate object' skills.
I really like this drawing. It showcases where I want to take my artistic style. (Note: more details ...fabric folds, hair and such) Inked with Micron pens, colored with teh wonderful Staedtler watercolor pencils, on Bristol paper.
Bristol = much love.

Anywhoos onto the picture, my goodness it's amazing, such detail on the clothing and the pose looks too real! I especially love the shine on her hair and the expression on her face- so believable and real. Oooh also the colour choices are lovely, I always love purples and orange/ browns!^_^
Hmm I have never used bristol paper before *wonders if she can get it over here* is it kinda like watercolour paper?

My hair is long in the front, and short and spikey in the back... so, my furson (Juliana) correspondingly has got..shorter looking hair :3
