And (warning: shameless self-promotion) if anyone wants a reference sheet like this for their original characters, it is 18$ per character (1 full body shot + two headshots, digital art + flat color). Note me if interested, but if not, my feelings won't be hurt.

It occurred to me today that I forgot to publicly tell you how awesome you are. By which I mean Pux smacked me upside the head and said "Bex, go comment on your Dai Li ref sheets".
I love how the reference sheets came out. You did a good job taking my text descriptions and screenshots and coming up with what each character looked like. You responded really quickly to any tweaks I asked you to make, even to posted pieces. Love that.
Xin Wan's smile is great, and I love how both men do look like older men rather than the young whipper-snappers a lot of people draw.
