This colors are magic! They give the warm, calm and cozy feeling of the sunrise (as this piece is supposed to do).
It's beautiful
The nymph looks very pretty, I really like the subtle coloring you've chosen for her!Β 
And these tiny cuties *^* Is their light a digital effect? They remind me of Omocat's Link xD
The setting completes this work, as the forest looks the most fitting place to put these magic creatures!Β 
The whole piece summarize the feeling I have whenever I go very very very early to the beach

To answer your question, yes, the glow on the small creatures is a digital effect I softly added, but all the illustration is painted by hand.
